This is made possible by Daiwa’s advanced reel technologies and materials. The new LT model is up to 20% lighter than its predecessor! Everyone who fishes for extended periods knows how much the weight of the reel can affect fishing comfort. The reel comes with high-quality Japanese Daiwa J-Braid braided line.

The ABS aluminum spool withstand even heavier use and has plenty of room for braided line. A cold-forged, precision-machined Daiwa Digigear mechanism functions as the heart of the reel. Digigear works extremely regularly and smoothly.
